The 110kV oil-immersed energy-saving transformers are divided into on-load tap-changing power transformers and non-excited voltage-regulating power transformer. They are suitable for power systems with three phases, 50Hz, and 110kV and below.

1.Optimization of high-voltage winding structure:
The high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical or continuous structure, effectively improving the impulse voltage distribution of the winding and enhancing insulation stability.
2.Low-voltage winding has strong anti-short-circuit capability:
Low-voltage windings with a capacity ranging from 6300 to 80000 kVA adopt cylindrical or spiral structures, featuring high mechanical strength and balanced ampere-turn distribution, significantly enhancing the product's ability to withstand sudden short circuits.
3.Design guarantee without core removal:
The housing is equipped with positioning mechanisms to prevent displacement during transportation; all fasteners are equipped with locking nuts to ensure no loosening during long-term operation and meet the requirements for maintenance without core removal.
4.Efficient iron core design:
The iron core uses high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, fabricated using a full staggered seam stacking method, reducing no-load losses and noise, and improving energy efficiency.
5.Strong corrosion resistance and maintenance-free characteristics:
The product surface undergoes oil removal, rust removal, sandblasting treatment, and is then sprayed with primer and topcoat. It can adapt to harsh environments such as metallurgical, petrochemical systems, and humid and contaminated conditions; at the same time, it has the advantages of a beautiful appearance, small size, and small installation footprint, making it an ideal maintenance-free product.
