The 10kV compact prefabricated substation (also known as compact box-type substation) is a standardized power distribution equipment developed by State Grid of China for scenarios with tight urban space resources and medium load demands. As a space-saving power distribution substation, it occupies only about 1/3 of the land area required by traditional European-style substations. Equipped with full-featured ring main units, this state grid standard prefabricated substation offers the same comprehensive high-voltage protection as European-style substations, supporting both terminal and ring network power supply modes to meet diverse grid connection requirements.
The unit adopts a "目" shaped structure with 6 independent functional compartments, fully complying with the requirements of intelligent prefabricated substations. The fully enclosed transformer enclosure effectively minimizes noise and electromagnetic radiation, creating a safer operating environment.
