The 10kV State Grid Standard Compact Prefabricated Substation, also known as a compact box-type substation, is suitable for power distribution projects where installation space is limited but reliable high-voltage protection and complete functional configuration are required.
The product adopts a compact structure with a width of only 1350mm, making it suitable for installation in urban road green belts without affecting the normal passage of vehicles and pedestrians. Because the high-voltage section uses a ring main unit with comprehensive protection functions, the product can also be used in residential communities, docks, stations, highways, elevated bridges and temporary construction sites.
The substation adopts a compact multi-compartment grid layout. It can be configured as terminal-type or ring-network-type power supply. From left to right, the standard layout includes the high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room. According to the requirements of intelligent substations, it can also be equipped with a metering room, data acquisition room and DTU room, forming a compact substation with up to six functional compartments.
This product integrates the advantages of ZGS combined transformers and European-style high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substations. It combines compact size with complete high-voltage protection functions, making it suitable for urban distribution scenarios with limited installation space.
