1.Each phase uses a fuse instead of the two fuses of the American box transformer for protection. Its electrical characteristics are that when any phase fuse breaks, it will ensure that the load switch trip and cut off the power supply, and only after the replacement of the fuse, the main switch can be closed.
2.The high voltage chamber is equipped with a 35kV load switch, which is provided with isolation and fuse protection. At the same time, the load switch has its own signal transmission node, which is convenient for the background to monitor the operation of the load switch. The low-voltage part is composed of intelligent frame circuit breaker and comprehensive measurement and control device. The measurement and control device can monitor the status of the switch in real time, and the operation of the transformer protection device.
Because the operating environment of this product is relatively harsh, and the requirements of sand prevention, heat insulation and heat dissipation are high, the protection level requirements must meet the operation requirements, effectively protect the box into internal components, and extend the service life of components. Transformer body protection class is IP68,the substation shell protection grade of the case is not less than IP54.
