Hua-style Box-type Substation

The Hua-style Box-type Substation consists of three parts:  high-voltage compartment, low-voltage compartment,  transformer. The Hua-style prefabricated substation is mainly used for step-up transformer substations in new energy power generation. The structural feature is different from that of traditional transformer substations in that the transformer part is placed outside the transformer substation shell, which effectively solves the problem of transformer heat dissipation. The transformer rapidly removes the heat generated during operation through natural air. The transformer is tightly connected to the transformer housing via side-outlet wires. The transformer housing is divided into a high-voltage compartment and a low-voltage compartment by a partition in the housing. It is an ideal product for new energy power generation.

Product Overview

The Hua-style Box-type Substation consists of three parts:  high-voltage compartment, low-voltage compartment,  transformer. 1. Vacuum circuit breakers or combined electrical appliances (load switch + fuse) can be flexibly used on the high-voltage side of Hua-type Box-type Substations. Vacuum circuit breakers and combined electrical appliances can be used as independent electrical units in 12kV and 40.5kV Hua-type Box-type Substation, with reasonable structure and simple and reliable operation.

2.The vacuum circuit breakers or combined electrical appliances (load switch + fuse) used on the high-voltage side are all equipped with mechanical interlocks to prevent misoperation. The combined electrical appliances (load switch + fuse) are all equipped with signal transmission signals to facilitate real-time monitoring of their operating status and remote control functions from the background.
