.Structural and heat dissipation advantages: The substation has a compact structure and a small footprint. The heat sink is placed externally, resulting in better heat dissipation performance.
.Core technology reliability: Utilizing a new series of transformer technology, the structure is reasonable and safe and reliable.
.Insulation optimization design: Using transformer oil as the insulation medium for the high-voltage components on the 10kV or 35kV side, it significantly reduces the safety distance.
.Fully enclosed and stable durable: The oil tank adopts a fully enclosed structure, completely isolating the oil from the atmosphere, reducing oxidation and water vapor intrusion, and enhancing the stability, reliability and safety of the system; paired with a plate-type heat sink, it is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
.Strong environmental adaptability: The box body is treated with special shot blasting process, featuring excellent anti-corrosion and anti-sun exposure properties, effectively resisting wind and sand erosion.
.Low-voltage protection is complete: The low-voltage side uses the latest domestic intelligent circuit breakers and plastic shell air switches, with high breaking capacity and excellent protection performance.
.Intelligent remote monitoring: The transformer oil tank can be equipped with pressure gauges and thermometers with communication interfaces, and the load switch can be equipped with travel switches to achieve remote monitoring, operation and maintenance of the transformer.
.High protection level: The box body adopts a fully sealed design, with the protection level of the high and low voltage chambers reaching IP54, and the protection level of the transformer body reaching IP68.
