The 110kV class energy-saving power transformer adopts high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet with full mitered lap stacking structure, greatly reducing no-load loss and no-load current. Its performance fully complies with GB20052-2020 energy efficiency standards, reducing long-term grid loss by over 30% compared with traditional products, and significantly cutting project operation and maintenance costs.

Superior Short-circuit Resistance & Mechanical Stability

The high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical or continuous structure to optimize impulse voltage distribution; the low-voltage winding (6300-80000kVA) adopts cylindrical or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and excellent short-circuit resistance. The body is equipped with a reinforced positioning mechanism, and all fasteners are fitted with lock nuts to ensure no loosening during long-term operation, fully meeting the core-lifting-free requirement.

Strong Environmental Adaptability & Maintenance-free Design

The product surface is treated with oil removal, rust removal and sand blasting, then sprayed with high-performance primer and topcoat, adapting to harsh environments such as metallurgy, petrochemical, humid and polluted areas. The fully sealed leakage-free structure realizes long-term maintenance-free operation, with a service life of over 30 years under normal operating conditions.
