Our 220kV oil-immersed power transformer is an energy-saving, high-reliability power solution for high-voltage power transmission and distribution systems. We use advanced computer software to conduct quantitative analysis of electrical, magnetic, thermal and mechanical characteristics to optimize product structure, achieving a perfect match between performance and structural design. This 220kV class power transformer is available in on-load tap changing and off-circuit tap changing types, suitable for three-phase, 50Hz, 220kV and below power systems. The transformer tank adopts a flat top structure with integral steel plate cutting, overall pre-assembly process and Sa2.5+ grade sandblasting anti-corrosion treatment. The oil conservator is designed with 3D finite element strength analysis and manufactured with automatic submerged arc welding, ensuring zero oil leakage and long-term maintenance-free operation.

Precision Manufacturing Process for Stable Performance

The core adopts a six-step lap, fully mitered hole-free structure with continuous yoke design; windings are wound by vertical winding machines with pneumatic tensioning, dried by kerosene vapor phase drying, and pressed by 200t hydraulic press. Winding assembly is completed in a purification workshop, ensuring core-winding concentricity and product consistency.
