The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure, which completely isolates transformer oil from the atmosphere, greatly reducing oil oxidation and moisture intrusion. This design significantly improves system stability, reliability and safety, while the detachable plate-type radiator enables easy disassembly and simplified maintenance. Transformer oil also acts as the insulating medium for 10kV or 35kV high-voltage components, effectively reducing required safety distance and further optimizing equipment volume.
The enclosure is treated with a special shot blasting process, delivering excellent anti-corrosion, anti-UV and wind-sand erosion resistance. The low-voltage side is equipped with the latest intelligent circuit breakers and molded case air switches, with high breaking capacity and comprehensive protection performance. The transformer tank can be fitted with pressure gauges and thermometers with communication interfaces, and the load switch can be equipped with a stroke switch to realize remote monitoring, operation and maintenance, perfectly suited for remote wind farms with limited on-site management. The fully sealed design delivers a protection grade of IP54 for high and low voltage chambers, and IP68 for the transformer body.
