Designed for wind power generation systems, this new energy prefabricated substation provides an integrated solution for voltage boosting, power collection and grid connection. By combining the transformer, high-voltage switchgear, protection components, low-voltage switchgear and auxiliary equipment in one prefabricated structure, it helps simplify on-site installation and supports stable outdoor operation.
The product is suitable for projects where power from a grid-connected inverter or AC generator needs to be stepped up to 10kV or 35kV before being transmitted to the grid. Its compact structure, sealed oil tank design, outdoor enclosure protection and optional monitoring configuration make it a practical supporting device for new energy power generation systems.
The substation has a compact structure and occupies a small installation area. The external radiator design improves heat dissipation performance and supports stable operation in outdoor power generation projects.
The product adopts a new transformer series technology with a rational structure and reliable safety performance. It is designed to meet the requirements of high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation applications in new energy power systems.
Transformer oil is used as the insulating medium for the 10kV or 35kV high-voltage components. This helps reduce the required safety distance and supports a more compact equipment layout.
The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure, isolating the transformer oil from the atmosphere. This reduces oil oxidation and moisture intrusion, helping improve system stability, reliability and safety. The plate-type radiator is easy to disassemble, making maintenance more convenient.
The enclosure is treated with a special shot-blasting process, providing good resistance to corrosion, UV exposure, wind and sand erosion. This makes the equipment suitable for outdoor installation environments.
The low-voltage side adopts intelligent circuit breakers and molded-case air switches, offering high breaking capacity and good protection performance for the system.
The transformer oil tank can be equipped with pressure gauges and temperature gauges with communication interfaces. The load switch can also be equipped with a travel switch, supporting remote monitoring, operation and maintenance of the transformer.
The cabinet adopts a fully sealed design. The protection grade of the high-voltage and low-voltage compartments can reach IP54, while the transformer body can reach IP68.

This new energy prefabricated substation is mainly used in wind power generation systems and other renewable energy projects that require 10kV or 35kV step-up grid connection. It is suitable for outdoor installation scenarios where compact structure, reliable insulation, sealed protection and convenient monitoring are required.
Its main function is to step up the power from a new energy grid-connected inverter or AC generator to 10kV or 35kV, and then output the electricity through 10kV or 35kV lines for grid connection.
The substation integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformer body, protective fuses in the oil tank, low-voltage switchgear and related auxiliary equipment into one prefabricated unit.
The product is designed for 10kV and 35kV grid-connected output applications.
Yes. The transformer oil tank can be equipped with pressure gauges and temperature gauges with communication interfaces. The load switch can also be equipped with a travel switch to support remote monitoring, operation and maintenance.
The protection grade of the high-voltage and low-voltage compartments can reach IP54, and the transformer body can reach IP68.
The product can be used at altitudes up to 4500m. When the altitude is above 2000m, plateau-type design should be adopted.
