Product Overview

The Hua-Type Box-Type Substation is designed for new energy power generation applications that require step-up transformation and compact power distribution equipment. The substation is divided into a high-voltage chamber and a low-voltage chamber by an internal partition inside the enclosure, while the transformer is arranged outside the enclosure.

The transformer is tightly connected to the substation enclosure through side outlet wiring. This structural design improves heat dissipation compared with conventional enclosed box-type substations and supports a clearer separation between the high-voltage and low-voltage functional areas.

Structural Features

Three-Part Substation Structure

The Hua-Type Box-Type Substation consists of a high-voltage chamber, a low-voltage chamber and a transformer. The high-voltage and low-voltage chambers are arranged inside the enclosure, while the transformer is placed outside the enclosure.

External Transformer Layout

The transformer section is located outside the box-type substation enclosure. This is the main structural difference between the Hua-type design and traditional box-type substations.
